After many requests the Teen Advisory Board decided to develop a safe homecoming campaign for Jefferson County High School students and still encourage their peers to refrain from alcohol and drug use.

OTC Medicine Safety

Our coalition was asked to be apart of a pilot program that would have high school students teach 5th and or 6th grade students about over-the-counter (OTC) medicine safety. The program consists of four different lessons and includes pre and post testing to measure effectiveness. Due to a great response we plan to continue to implement this program around Jefferson County!
