Jefferson County Teen Coalition

Jefferson County Drug Prevention Coalition has a group of high school students on its Jefferson County Teen Coalition, formerly known as TAB. The Teen Coalition believes that "students deserve a drug and alcohol free environment where they can focus on education and developing skills they need to meet their own goals.” It is made up of Jefferson County High School students who identify and enhance personal skills to effectively target communities’ challenges related to substance abuse, underage drinking, marijuana, and prescription drugs.

Benefits of Jefferson County Teen Coalition:

IT’S FREE!! Free to students to be apart of, free for students to go to conferences and/or trainings, and free to the schools to utilize the campaign materials the TAB students create.

Our Jefferson County Teen Coalition members have helped create a Natural High video to inspire teens in Jefferson County to post videos of themselves doing something that makes them happy which doesn’t involve drugs or alcohol. We challenge YOU to show us your natural high and challenge your friends to do the same! Be sure to use #JeffcoNaturalHigh #jeffcomo
